Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Cancellations

  • All  cleans require the home to be sighted before a quote is provided and services commenced. 
  • Terms and Conditions need to be signed before cleans commence. 
  • All Deep cleans and Move In/ Move Out Cleans require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking. 
  • Client is required to provide two days’ cancellation notice of next scheduled clean. 
  • Client is required to give two weeks’ cancellation notice of ongoing cleans.

Refunds

  • If Client cancels with in the 48 hours of their scheduled clean, then 100% fees are still charged and/or non refundable. 
  • If client cancels outside of the 48 hours, then funds will be carried over for the following ongoing cleans;
    • Deep Clean, One off clean or Move In/ Move out cleans the difference of the 50% deposit will be refunded to nominated bank account. 

Damages

  • Whilst we take every precaution to not break anything  or cause any damages, In the case that there is the client will be notified immediately
  • Client has 24 Hours to make a claim for any damaged items or complaints after a cleaning visit.
